Spritz and Splatter art studio was opened in February 2015 by Carol Burkarth and her family.  Carol studied Fine Arts at Edinboro College and has shared her love of art with thousands of adults and children over the last 5 1/2 years.  She is now transitioning to a home based business and will be offering Art To Go Kits with YouTube instruction that you can watch at your convenience – and Traveling Art Parties at your home, business or venue.
